SHIPPING POLICY

Please examine your package before signing for it.
Note: We ship in three different packages. (Flat rate envelopes or Packs & medium boxes) via USPS.

We only Ship product to confirmed addresses.  Shipping inside the US may take 3-5 business days.  For regular shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. Shipping fees will be $7.00 Flat Shipping Rate, Express Shipping Rate will be $25.00.  Shipping outside of the US will be a Flat Rate of $25.00.

RETURN POLICY

All Hair must be in its natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft (unused). You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle.  We ONLYexchange NO refunds.
